Thursday Night Group Runs are programmed for the Half/Full Marathon group training starting in April and continuing until early October. During the 24 week training the Thursday night runs will be aerobic conditioning, shifting to hill bounding then to speed work. Pip Runners that have chosen not to sign up for the full 24 week training plan may drop in on individual classes run by Coach Susan and Coach Dave.
