Pip Running is super excited to be working with Travis and Meghan from DOS Performance on weightlifting, kettlebell training, breathing and balance! Travis and Meghan are going to help assess you weaknesses, resolve those weaknesses and get you running pain free. If you came to the Foot Stability/Kettlebell clinic we had last month than you know how awesome Travis is and how lucky we are to be working with him.
DOS Performance combines Strong First Kettlebell training with movement assessment and correction.
Discipline of Strength (DOS) Performance is built on the idea that to thrive through life requires strength - and to be strong requires discipline in mind, movement, effort and consistency. Our mission is to assess - correct - and coach our clients to perform well at all aspects of life. Employing our skill set as Certified/Licensed Athletic Trainers, Strong First coaches and certified Functional Movement Systems (FMS) practitioners we bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance for our clients.
You will not need to bring any equipment but do bring a yoga mat and water bottle. There will be videotaping and you will be given "homework". This class will run once a month.
$25/per person paid to Travis on June 4th.
