Renton: Sunday Long-ish Run Drop-In

Run at a relaxed pace. Bring your hydration/nutrition but there will be a water stop as well. This trail is mostly gravel with parts that are single track. Rolling hills.

Don't run "hard" on the long runs or any of the workouts. Don't allow your legs to get trashed. 

Run time: 1:30:00 but you may shorten or extend the run as necessary.
