Park in either the main lot or the lot by swimming pool and head to the track inside the school.

Tonight's workout:

45-60 Minute Hill Bounding Workout.
15 min easy warm up run,
50 yard Hill Springing 3 times,
50 yard uphill overstriding 3 times,
50 yard uphill power lunges 3 times,
end with 10-15 min easy run.
