If you can comfortably run 4 miles and want to run a half marathon in early summer (or specifically Seattle Rock n Roll) plus you want to run with really cool people than this is the group to be in!

Locations will vary and all runs will be on Sunday morning with the exception of our first run on 3/26/16. While there will be a group on all the runs with you not everyone will run the same pace so please be prepared mentally to run at times by yourself but you will never be alone!
