45 Minute Run with Hill Bounding.
After an easy warm up jog, we will have a hands-on Hill Bounding Clinic covering Hill Bounding, Uphill Overstriding, and Uphill Lunges. We will explain what they are, why we do them, and their benefit. Of course, we do them for our workout.
