Run with the Half/Full Marathon training group as they prepare for their Fall races. This week we'll be doing our hilly aerobic run of 60-90min run.
Lake Youngs Trail is gravel/dirt in most places and switches to a rocky single track on parts. Trail shoes are not necessary but if you have them why not wear them. Bring a water bottle.
