Run with the Half/Full Marathon training group as they prepare for their Fall races. This week we'll be doing our 2nd week of Hill Bounding. Coach Dave is going to go over bounding technique during our run.

The parking lot is to the left just past the gate. It should be fairly obvious. There are bathrooms, drinking fountains (1/4mi away).
