Run with the Half/Full Marathon training group as they prepare for their Fall races. This will be the first Thursday night run of the training series so we will go over what to expect in the upcoming Thursday Night runs, Steady State running, strides as well as do a 45-60min run.
Ron Regis Park is located off of Maple Valley Hwy. Do not use Google Maps to find the park because it will take you to the wrong place. Bing Maps is OK.
