Let's start your running passion and your new year off with a great start with this 8 week Slug to 5k training program designed for beginners. We will start each session with a warm up, we will run a slow conversational pace with walk/run intervals and then end the session with stretching.
We will meet every week at the same spot so you can easily add this to your calendar and there will not be any confusion. I will provide you with a training plan, a route to run, coaching tips to help make transitioning into a runner a whole lot easier and on the last class you will run a 5k and earn your cool new Pip Running Slug to 5k Finishers Medal!
If you fell off the running bandwagon but want to return I would love to see you too! Bring a friend because new things are always so much easier with a buddy.
