If you can comfortably run 4 miles to start and you have been thinking of running a half marathon in late Fall or Early Winter (or specifically the Seattle Half Marathon) and like running with really cool people than this is the group to be in!
This is a 14 week group training that will get you to run those 13.1mi and get across the finish line to your new finisher bling. You will receive a 14 week training plan, weekly Sunday morning long runs (some with fueling/hydration stops), tech shirts, motivation, laughs, camaraderie and so much more!!!
Locations will vary as the miles progress but all runs with the possible exception of the last 2 will start locally. As the miles get longer the start time may become earlier as well. I will be at each long run coaching, encouraging and making sure everyone gets back. While I will run most of the runs with you I may not run all the miles with you. Also, these are group long runs but not everyone will run the same pace so please be prepared mentally to run by yourself but you will never be alone!
