If you are building strength to start Slug to 5k, rehabbing, needing to get in walks for your training plan, pregnant or just want a group to walk with join us Sunday mornings!
This group will be unsupported meaning that there will not be water stops or coaching for walkers but start with the runners and meet new friends and have a group that you know will regularly be there even if we are not all together. This group will move around with the Sunday Long Run runners so you will travel all over the Eastside and see some beautiful trails and scenery.
Dress for the weather, bring your cell phone & any necessary hydration.
