Let's start your running passion and your new year off with a great start with this 8 week Couch to 5k training program designed for beginners. We will start each session with a warm up, we will run a slow conversational pace with walk/run intervals and then end the session with stretching.
We will meet every week at the same spot so you can easily add this to your calendar and there will not be any confusion. I will provide you with a training plan, a route to run, coaching (one run will be self-guided but I will provide a route & instructions), a Pip Running tech shirt and motivation to reach 3 miles by the end of the session.
