Need to get a long run in? Is it kind of a drag to do it by yourself or maybe you just need the motivation to do it? Join us on our longs runs and finish your training for Yukon Doit, Rain Run or any number of races coming up in the next 2 months. The planned routes will follow the Rain Run training plan (starting at 10mi) but feel free to cut short or add miles as you need to.
I'll plan the routes, try to set up waterstops with water/fuel, will tape you up if needed and will be there running with you. Bring whatever you need for the weather, what you want to have on your person during the race and whatever hydration/fuel you plan on using. This is the best time to try out different products so you know what works & what doesn't.
Any unused pre-paid runs from Half Marathon training can be used for these available drop-in runs through January only.
