The last person anyone would have ever thought to become a running coach was me. I wasn't born a runner but I remember that great feeling I had running as a child and wanted to recapture it. Striving for that feeling that I could just run forever led me to run many miles and races which include half-marathons, marathons and relays. All of which eventually led me to coaching and becoming Certified. I am not an Elite runner but I am an experienced runner who can help you find your love of running too.
I am certified by Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), Running Evolution, RockTape FMT, CPR/First Aid and I have gone through training and/or attended workshops on Chi Running with Danny Dreyer, Lydiard Coaching Level I-II with Nobby Hashizume and Lorraine Moeller, Healthy Running with Dr. Mark Cuccazella and Jay DiCharry, PT and Sports Nutrition with Nancy Clark, RD and John Ivey, MD and a Certificate of Attendance with Crossfit Endurance.
I have successfully coached dozens of people to complete their first 5k through half marathon over the last 3 years and have personally run over 10+ Half Marathons, 3 marathons, 3 long distance relays and dozens of 5k-15k’s.
