Ladies Group Run at Road Runner Sports

Join us at Road Runner Sports for a weekly Ladies Group Run. The run will be 3 miles at an easy peasy pace. Socialize and run! Run and socialize!

Earn Prizes! Receive a RRS Frequent Runner card and earn prizes just for showing up to run. We will be able to store our purses/keys in the store and of course ladies there is a restroom inside.  Look for special event nights to crop up here and there as well.

This is meant to be a fun, social run. Afterwards grab a bite to eat or drink at many of the restaurants in Kent Station.

Badass Member Lunchtime Trail Run

This is a special lunchtime  run set aside for our Pip Running Badass Members Only. We run on the Microsoft trails and keep the run to around 3 miles. It can hard to get up before dawn to get your workouts in so this noontime run may but just what you need.

Thursday Night Speed Development

Drop-in Thursday Nights for weekly group speed development. The workout may include hill bounding, track work or negative-split aerobic runs. The locations will change periodically and when we're doing Half Marathon Training workouts will be more specific to training.

Sunday Long-ish Group Run

Join a fun running group on our Sunday Long Runs. We change locations frequently and will run through some really beautiful areas that maybe you wouldn't have made it out to on your own.

 This group will move around with the Half Marathon Training Group so you will travel all over the Eastside and see some beautiful trails and scenery.

Dress for the weather, bring your cell phone & any necessary hydration.
