Virtual Slug to 5k Group Training

 This program is designed for those that don't need a group training environment but still want to receive the benefits of having a coach.

The virtual training will include:

  • a training plan (which can be modified depending on your needs)
  • access to a Certified Running Coach to ask questions and receive motivation
  • tips and tricks
  • Facebook private Virtual Slug to 5k Community group
  • and a Slug to 5k Finishers Medal for when you complete your training and run your virtual 5k!

What is a Virtual 5k?

A Virtual 5k is a race that you can run anywhere and at any time! Total convenience and no pressure.

 

Half Marathon Training

This program is for all abilities, novice to seasoned veteran, and caters to those that want become faster runners. By default, the program caters to anyone that wants to become a better runner, including those just starting out so don’t be shy if you are a beginner. 

Highlights of the Program:

Complete Written 12 Week Training Program that can be modified to fit into most people’s busy schedules. Your fitness will improvewith hill and interval phases that will increase your leg strength and improve your range of motion greatly reducing the chance of injury. You will notice the difference going into the interval phase with stronger legs.

Individual Assessments.
